EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

If for any reason, you need to return any Krio + Color item that has been purchased through www.kriocolor.com please email info@kriocolor.com to receive a Return Autorization.

We will refund your item (excluding the shipping) or exchange for a different color or size, only if the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned within 15 days from the original purchase date.
• All items must be unused, in a resaleable condition with ALL tags attached, for a return to be accepted.
• The cost of delivery for returns is not covered by Krio + Color but we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement goods. All returns are subject to a handling charge per order and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Returns will be handled as soon as possible upon their arrival in our warehouse, this may take up to 10 business days. Credit card refunds will appear on your next billing cycle.
